How to Day Trade: A Detailed Guide to Day Trading Strategies, Risk Management, and Trader Psychology, by Ross Cameron

Hold up, you didn’t know I was a published author?  You should check out my guide to Day Trading, available on Amazon!  I’m totally biased, but I having read many books on trading I think this one is the most comprehensive day trading book for beginner traders.

This book pairs well with our Intro to Trading Course, which is available to all members.  In this book I cover the theories of day trading, but I also talk about the in depth strategies that I trade everyday.

Trade Mindfully: Achieve Your Optimum Trading Performance with Mindfulness and Cutting Edge Psychology, by Gary Dayton PSY.D

I’ve recommended this book to thousands of our students over the years.  Anyone that struggles with selling winners too soon and holding losers too long should read this.   Gary Dayton will help you understand the emotional structure that leads to this poor trading behavior so you can begin to make changes to save your trading career from yourself!

The Little Book of Market Wizards: Lessons from the Greatest Traders, by Jack D. Schwager

This Day Trading book is a great read before bed and while you are winding down.  It’s not to heavy, but it gives great food for thought on the trading process and experience.  In contrast to a how to book like mine, this is a book that takes about theory and the big concepts of trading.  I really enjoyed it!
