Jess’s Story
Jess is a Warrior Pro member from Western New York. For Jess, day trading is an extension of his entrepreneurial tendencies. Jess is fiercely independent. He likes to work for himself. Rather than working for somebody else and helping their dreams come true, Jess is chasing his own dreams.
When Jess got into trading he was running his own Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) store. Owning and operating an FBA business gave him the flexibility to trade for a few hours each day. It also gave him the cash flow to fund his trading account. However, Jess has mentioned the vulnerability of selling on Amazon. At any time, the algorithm can change or Amazon can pull the plug on a seller. Trading has given Jess diversification in his income.
During an interview with Ross, Jess discussed the rookie mistakes he made when he was getting started. This included having great winners, but rather than selling them and taking the profit, he would hold them in hopes of becoming grand slams. It took him a long time to learn that consistency in trading doesn’t require home runs. Instead, it requires having the discipline to take the profits and come back to do it again tomorrow.
Today Jess continues to trade daily and is also an active member in the Warrior Pro community. Jess has taught his own mini-series that is part of the Warrior trading Curriculum.

Jess’s Strategy
In his own words, Jess’s strategy is high risk and high reward. That’s how he likes to trade. Jess is a momentum day trader who likes trading recent IPO’s, SPAC’s, and recent reverse splits. Rather than looking for cents per share, Jess is looking for stocks that offer the potential for dollars per share.
One of Jess’s greatest strengths is his ability to find stocks as they are just starting to gain momentum. He uses stock scanners and his own intuition to find the best candidates for his daily watch list.
